Your registration entitles You to access the Event for which You have registered. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual, You are warranting that You have made the Attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms. If You are registering on behalf of another individual, it is Your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By registering for the event, You agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between the Event owner and host, Arival, LLC (“Arival” or “Owner” or “Organizer”) and the registered attendee (“You,” “Your” or “Attendee”). These are the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) governing Your participation in any Arival owned and/or operated event, meeting, show, seminar, or conference, whether held as a live, virtual, or hybrid (both live and virtual) event (the “Event”). Jeannie graduated from The University of Sydney in 1998 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (First Class Honours), and holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University/ Nanyang Technological University (2007). Over her 14 years with the Board, Jeannie has overseen key strategic tourism projects such as the opening of the Singapore Flyer, the development of River Safari, and the conceptualization of the Hotel Industry Productivity Roadmap. In this role, she was also co-chair of the Tourism Work Group under the Iskandar Malaysia Joint Ministerial Committee.

Prior to this role, she served as Director, Tourism Concept Development where she oversaw the master planning of new tourism zones such as Mandai and Jurong Lake, to ensure a steady pipeline of tourism developments.

Jeannie was also concurrently Executive Director of the Exhibition & Conference Division from 2011 to 2013. She also champions the development of the local industry to strengthen Singapore’s position as a business events destination. In this role, she was responsible for attracting quality association congresses and corporate-driven events to Singapore and ensuring Singapore’s competitive positioning as a Top International Convention and Meetings City. Prior to her current role, Jeannie led the Conventions, Meetings & Incentive Travel division of the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau. She also drives industry development and regulatory efforts for core tourism industries such as hotels, cruise, travel agent and tourist guides, sectoral manpower development strategies, as well as infrastructure planning and management of key tourism assets. In her current role, Jeannie leads policy and strategy matters across STB, supporting research and data-driven decision-making. Ms Jeannie Lim assumed the position of Assistant Chief Executive, Policy and Planning Group on 11 March 2019.
